Embassy Commemorates 22nd Anniversary of EDSA I People's Power Revolution

The officers and staff of
the Philippine Embassy in Washington D.C. sang the national anthem and
pledged allegiance to Philippine flag to commemorate the 22nd
anniversary of the EDSA I People’s Power Revolution. This was followed
by brief remarks on the relevance of the occasion and the importance of
remembering the democratic ideals that spawned the EDSA I People’s Power
Revolution by Ambassador Willy C. Gaa and Cabinet Secretary Ricardo
Saludo who is in Washington D.C. on an official visit.
