Dr. Schmidt of the Summer Institute of Linguistics Calls on Amb. Gaa
On Nov 13, Dr. Kenneth Schmidt of the Summer Institute of Linguistics (SIL) paid a visit to Philippine Ambassador Willy C. Gaa. Dr. Schmidt is the new Director of SIL for SE Asia and will be based in the Philippines. Accompanying him during the call are his wife and two SIL officers.
